Oh wow… want to see a guy who has played Resident Evil 4 a billion times over on multiple platforms play it again after many years? What’s even better is the fact that this playthrough is more of a failthrough…
As promised, I got down to it and finished off Claire B instead of taking a week or two break… in fact, considering I had a bit more viewership this time around, it’s encouraging me to put more time into streaming.
I kept my word and streamed a week later like I said I would. This time, I’ve started my playthrough of Claire B which has been interesting so far. It’s not like the changes are huge, but the new weapon options and all the little differences make it a whole lot of fun.
I haven’t exactly been spending a lot of time lately playing any game on or off twitch, but here we are now, finishing off Leon A on REmake2. I’m really glad I actually got to sit down and actually finish it off so I can start Claire B later next week…
I had a sudden urge to play some more REmake2 and I finally actually started streaming again, hooray! The first time around, I played through Claire A, Leon B at launch, this time it’s going to be Leon A, Claire B.
I thought I’d take another crack at some more Tofu Survivor! This time with the other two characters that unlocked. After a good effort, I managed to finish it with the second character on the list and then…
I’ve finished the game with Claire and Leon which has unlocked The 4th Survivor… I tell ya what, I died quite a few times, but eventually I made it through and unlocked The Tofu Survivor.
Claire A, Leon B… that was the canon order for the original version of Resident Evil 2 so that was the order I chose to play. This session focused on the Leon B storyline and damn, I underestimated the 2nd run of the game because I died quite a few times at the start…
We’ve all been waiting for this for a very long time and it’s finally here. Resident Evil 2 (along with Resident Evil 4) is my favourite of the series and it’s so awesome to finally get to play the remake… and oh boy, did I play it.
One thing about this game compared to the others is that there is a hell of a lot more content to go through, which meant that I ended up spending almost 10 hours on this second part, including the Awakened DLC… which is the actual ending to the game…
Here we are at the end… or coming to the end. This game may not be anywhere near as good as the first two, but it’s not a bad game… it’s just not a good Dead Space game. Too many things were changed that took away from the fun of the previous games…
