New Game+ begins! I’ll be going through the entire game, skipping all the cutscenes but aiming for A ranks on all missions, skirmishes and DLC content as well as grabbing all the enemy ace gear, etc to get myself a 100% completion rate on the entire game.
I spent the entirety of today’s session finishing off this game, however… it’s not over yet! This is a 100% completion playthrough of the game, which means I still have plenty left to do. I need to go back over all those missions and get A ranks for them…
Off stream, I spent a day grinding some experience points and getting all of my soldiers up to their max levels… all so I can focus more on the actual story and getting through things without having to stop and grind live. I’ve managed to get a few more recruits as well…
This is the moment where the game starts to get progressively harder and I end up having to put a lot more time into grinding through some skirmish maps. Though, for the sake of the stream, I ended up having to grind lightly in order to progress more through the story until I got to a point where I really couldn’t progress without some serious time spent on leveling up my troops.
Within the last year, I’ve been on a quest to build a new PC inside my Lian-Li DK-04X Desk Chassis and it’s been a great ride so far, though, not without its issues. Admittedly, while I am going above and beyond what anyone needs to spend and put time into for their own gaming PC build, the following article still goes through some of the issue that PC gaming…
My quest to finish this game to 100% completion continues as I return back to the Gallian Front. While I was a bit rusty during the first video of this series, I think I’m getting better and remembering a lot of the tactics I learned the last time I played this many years ago. That said, I still need to gather more experience and make sure my units are up for the challenge ahead.
I remember way back in the days of the PlayStation 3, I had heard seen a little bit about this game and thought it looked extremely cool. Everything about the concept of it being set in an alternate universe World War II era Europe to the art style checked all the boxes for me. I love everything about this game and I’m committed to finishing it 100% on stream.
The third game in the Heretic/HeXen series takes us into the Quake engine rather than the Doom engine and there are a lot of improvements, though, it’s definitely not a game that I’d be able to play all the way through, at least not after I’ve been spoiled by much newer games.
This is it, the last stretch of the game where we finally confront Lisa Trevor and then head down to the laboratory and make use of that Magnum that I have been saving for all this time.
This session starts with Yawn and ends with Yawn, but there’s plenty of exciting things in between… and a few deaths as well. Plenty more mistakes were made and I ended up setting myself back pretty far because of them…
I’ve decided that with my playthrough with Chris, I’m going to play the game on normal difficulty instead of easy like I did with Jill. I end up dying a few times due to my own stupidity early on, but I do manage to finally get into gear and make it all the way to getting the Shield key.
