It’s Ada’s turn to shine! Though, to be honest, these extra “stories” in Resident Evil 4 aren’t really all that good… in fact, they’re pretty ridiculous. That said, it still is interesting to see as a comparison between an excellent game crafted to perfection and some added extras made in a rush.
This is it, we’re on the last stretch and onto the end… or really, just the beginning, since I do want to go through some of the extra stuff that RE4 has to offer.
It’s funny, the Island section is considered to be the weakest part of the game, but when you consider that this game is awesome all the way through, it really doesn’t matter if it isn’t as good as the village or castle sections. Can’t deny how awesome this game is, I guess.
Finally getting back into the feel of things with this game and really kicking ass. Got my Red 9, got my Broken Butterfly, got a tonne of health and I got my trusty knife.
This second session of RE4 went… not badly. I mean, it could’ve went better, but it definitely wasn’t the failthrough that happened yesterday! At the very least, most of what I was trying to accomplish went smoothly… mostly. Either way, man… I love this game.
Oh wow… want to see a guy who has played Resident Evil 4 a billion times over on multiple platforms play it again after many years? What’s even better is the fact that this playthrough is more of a failthrough…
This is it, the final session where we head into the endgame of Radiant Dawn. We’ve played three different factions, some of which have fought against each other in the game, but now we’re united in a common cause to save all the people of Tellius.
Damn… I said right at the start that I wouldn’t go overboard in this session, but yup, I went overboard. Though part of the reason for that is because the last level I did ended up going for a lot longer than I hoped it’d go.
Phew, now that several of my characters have changed to their third tier classes, this is becoming a hell of a lot easier to play. For a while there, I was on an uphill battle trying to survive every round hoping I could actually get through this game in one piece.
Oh, boy… this is around the time that I’m realising that I’ve been making mountains of bad decisions along the way and it’s starting to hurt this playthrough badly.
The Laguz Alliance marches on with the Greil Mercenaries, but this war against Begnion is not going to be easy, especially once Daein gets involved.
