When it comes to love stories in anime, they come in all kinds of strange flavours, from your average vanilla teenage school drama, all the way to the strange love stories that span time and space.
When I realised I had a marathon on my hands, I had already gone through about 20 or so different isekai series before moving on to other anime. I mean, how could I not? There is just SO MUCH isekai that has been released over the last twenty years…
One of the most Japanese things you can get are the school clubs represented in countless anime and manga. Sure, school clubs do exist elsewhere, however, Japan has their own special way of doing things that makes them feel unique.
Oh yeah, this one’s definitely going to be awkward! We’re looking at the kind of anime very few people would even admit they watched in the first place. In my defence, I picked most of these titles randomly without actually looking at what I was getting myself into.
I’ve managed to watch 120 different anime series over the last two months or so, but now it’s time for me to figure out how to be a teacher again. With that in mind, the selection of anime in this entry is all about school!
I’ve ended up watching a little over 70 different series this year, with a hell of a lot more lined up. With that in mind, I’ve decided to post my thoughts about all of these different anime on this site, since I haven’t posted in a hell of a long time.
I absolutely loved the first Life is Strange and the same can be said about this game as well. I’m amazed at how good this series is… I really, truly am.
This is a big surprise, an anime in this day and age worth watching that I discovered by accident. Check out Parasyte, because it’s definitely the kind of story that isn’t told this way any more.
Years after the triumph that is Xenoblade Chronicles, we’ve finally gotten its spiritual sequel in Xenoblade Chronicles X… and it is disappointing. I wish it wasn’t, but I can’t deny what it is.
This is one of those games that comes along that I end up being totally in love with and no one can convince me otherwise because it’s just that good. Everyone NEEDS to play Life is Strange!
