Another train ride, this time Hiroshima straight to Tokyo, which took half a day… but, for the rest of the day and the day after that, nothing but, shopping, shopping, shopping!
Whoops, got a little lazy and ended up stopping my Japan posts before they were done… but here we are again, this time heading out to Miyajima Island for some more fun.
I’ve been playing a lot of Destiny Beta recently, already level capped on the first day, but there’s still a lot of stuff you can do in the beta… I mean, for a beta…
I don’t really have much to say in this entry so I’ll just let the pictures do the talking for me, I will say this though, the trip to Hiroshima was well worth it.
While the previous day was filled with temples, shrines and many deer, today was all about manga and more modern Japanese culture… and an awesome set of portraits.
We took a bus tour that went to various places in Kyoto and Nara so it was a pretty packed day compared to the previous day… oh, and enjoy the deer without having to smell them.
To be honest, there wasn’t really that much going on with the fourth day since most of it was taken up with us heading over to Kyoto, but we did do a bit of wandering around too.
Firstly, I know it’s “Kaminarimon” and not what I said in the title… if you don’t get the reference then you should be ashamed of yourself. Anyway, the third day was very cool…
The second day of my trip to Japan takes me to Meiji Shrine, Shibuya and Akihabara where we take a look at a part of old Japan compared to the newer modern Japan.
Welcome to a series of entries about my recent trip to Japan. These entries will mostly contain pictures but will also have some of my thoughts about my experiences over there…
I’ve been working on a new art project recently, and it got me thinking back to things I’ve worked on over the years including a picture of an older May/Haruka from Pokémon I once did.
