What old anime series would you like to be remade?

...I'd ask this forum what anime you guys would like to be remade?

I would want His and Her Circumstances/Kare Kano to be remade what with the way the anime series ended with no conclusion to the story, and also because of the falling out between the manga author, Masami Tsuda, and Gainax production company. The manga has finished ages ago so it'd be great to finally get a proper anime remake with the complete story although I don't know if Masami Tsuda would ever allow it again.

Though, speaking of manga that got an anime adaptation that never finished...

Rekka no Hono'o.

The anime was an awful cookie cutter shounen piece of spit. The manga was much deeper, darker and a tale of bitter choices and sacrifices.

Actually, now that I think about it... another series I would like to see remade into an anime would be Rurouni Kenshin. We never got a proper look at the Jinchu arc in an animated format.

Dominion Tank Police.

One of Masamune Shirow's lesser known series that I honestly enjoyed, he was actually working on a new manga just before GITS SAC began, which he ended up focusing on and sadly never got back to continuing the new Dominion.

Would love to see a revival of the series
